Every Entensys customer and user can receive technical support via our automated helpdesk service. Each support request is registered and is assigned a unique identifier. We guarantee that our technical staff will reply to your request within two business days.
To submit a ticket, you need to be registered, which is a very fast and simple process.
Send Request
Use the support request form to describe your problem, set its level of criticalness and attach an image, such as a screenshot illustrating the error. Soon afterwards you will receive a reply from our specialists. A copy of the reply will be sent to the e-mail address that you specified when you registered. You can see how your request is processed through the Helpdesk web interface. We would like to hear your opinion on the quality of our Helpdesk service. After the ticket is closed, please rate the help you received as far as its completeness and the adequacy of the solution, etc. This will help us optimize our Helpdesk service.
