Upgrade within product family

Customers who purchased UserGate 4.1 are entitled to a free upgrade of any new version of UserGate within the 4.X product family.

For example: from UserGate 4.1 to UserGate 4.3.

Note: Customers are updated with the same number of connections already licensed.

Three month upgrade period

Customers who purchased UserGate 4.1 are entitled to 50% off the normal upgrade fee to the latest software version within three months of its release. On the expiry of this period the discount is reduced to 30%. View our Upgrade options and pricing.

For example: from UserGate 4.1 to UserGate 5

Increasing the number of connections

Customers wishing to increase the number of connections (i.e. 5 users to 10, 10 to 25, etc.) may do so at special prices.

Anti-Virus updating

Subscriptions may be purchased for a period of one year. To continue receiving virus updates after the expiry of this period the subscription must be extended. View our Upgrade options and pricing.

We provide our customers with full access to our product manuals, knowledge bases and free technical support.
