UserGate Proxy & Firewall and UserGate Mail Server Licensing

  • License period. UserGate P&F and UserGate MS have perpetual licenses that, however, do not cover any additional modules (BrightCloud URL Filtering, Kaspersky Antivirus, Panda Antivirus and Commtouch Antispam).
  • Server license. The license will apply to only one of your corporate servers. Purchase additional licenses if you need to install UserGate P&F or UserGate MS on two or more servers.
  • UserGate P&F per-session license. UserGate P&F license and license price depend on the required number of sessions.
  • Session. One session of a computer with an active Internet connection regardless of how many applications (ICQ, mirc, Internet Explorer, etc.) are currently online. The number of sessions is the number of simultaneous sessions.
  • UserGate MS per-user license. UserGate Mail Server license is purchased for a given number of mail accounts.
  • Free updates. Update from version 5.0 to 5.x or from 1.0 to 1.x free of charge.
  • URL Filtering Module license. Entensys URL Filtering module’s license is valid for 12 months. You can use the module in the trial mode for 30 days.
  • Kaspersky Antivirus license. The license for the integrated Kaspersky Antivirus module is valid for 12 months. A 30% discount will apply if you renew your Kaspersky Antivirus license for the following year.
  • Panda Antivirus license. The license for the integrated Panda Antivirus module is valid for 12 months. A 30% discount will apply if you renew your Panda Antivirus license for the following year.

Gatewall DNS Filter Licensing

  • License period. Gatewall DNS Filter license is valid for one year and needs to be renewed upon expiry. License renewal includes database update to enable proper URL filtering.
  • Server license. Gatewall DNS Filter license will apply to only one of your corporate servers. Purchase additional licenses if you need to install the product on two or more servers.
  • Gatewall DNS Filter license depends on the number of PCs in your LAN. Gatewall DNS Filter license and the license price depend on the number of computers available in your corporate PC pool.

KinderGate Parental Control Licensing

  • License period. KinderGate Parental Control Filter license is valid for one year and needs to be renewed upon expiry. License renewal includes database update to enable proper URL filtering.
  • License per computer. KinderGate Parental Control license is valid for one computer only.
