License terms
UserGate is licensed on a "per user" or "per connection" basis, so you can use one license for one server with the specified number of concurrent connections. The number of connections or users is the number of hosts accessing UserGate Proxy Server.
All minor upgrades (to versions 4.1, 4.2 etc) are provided free of charge.
The antivirus and antispam modules are licensed on a "per year" basis. A base license includes a subscription to antivirus and antispam upgrades for the first year.

Educational discounts
Entensys Corporation recognizes the need to provide a special discount to education and government organizations.
